Creation and analysis of the multimedia value chains of the Mediencluster 21- the union of all media companies in Thuringia, Germany. With the aim to highlight the competences of the member companies and institiuions, to bundle the competences through cooperation with other networks and focusing on the flexibility of small and middle class companies to introduce this factor in the market.
